Helen Sanderson is a leader in pioneering self-management practices in health and social care and is recognized as a key figure in the field of person-centered approaches (PCA). She incorporated Helen Sanderson Associates (HSA) in 2008 to create a community with a thriving workplace culture that fosters trust, autonomy, creativity and shared purpose. Since then, HSA has worked extensively in many countries to promote PCA practices with people, teams and organizations.
HSA provides practical training, facilitation, coaching and resources to effect lasting changes using person-centered approaches and self-management practices. IPCAI, in partnership with Helen Sanderson Associates implements person-centred methodologies and thinking tools in the workshops and training activities.
Strategic Collaboration

- Dimensions (UK) Ltd
Dimensions supports people with learning disabilities and autistic people in the UK and is a pioneer of personalised support, enabling people to make more choices and so gain control over their lives.
IPCAI introduced PCA e-Learning in India with support from HSA and Dimensions, UK and is actively using the framework used by Dimensions in the local context in India, empowering marginalized people through dignity‑based support.

- Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.
Through our collaboration with Inter University Centre for Disability studies (IUCDS), Mahatma Gandhi University – Kottayam, IPCAI is contributing to strengthening the social ecosystem in India by raising awareness and developing a skilled workforce.
IPCAI’s specialized trainers play a key role in conducting Diploma and Certificate courses as part of this initiative.

- Grace Care Geriatric Training & Development Centre
Grace Care is a Geriatric Training & Development Centre works in the field of geriatric care and management. Training program includes field work and finishing school opportunities for Social Work & Psychology students from various institutions. Grace Care aims to bridge the gap between acquired knowledge and real life situations.
Grace Care and IPCAI joined hands for mutually supporting the causes by sharing training facilities, specialised trainers in Geriatric and Social work domain and also by arranging volunteers for IPCAI activities through Grace Care’s extensive alumni network and institutional tie-ups.

LifeTech Solutions is a vibrant community comprising trainers, teachers, counsellors, and social workers united by the motto “learn together, grow together, and celebrate together.” With a focus on fostering personal and professional excellence.
LifeTech Solutions organises a diverse range of programs and courses for IPCAI community. Some of our notable programs include the ‘Tagore Club’, “Life is beautiful,” ‘Diamond Cutter’, ‘Life Talk’, and “The Trainer” – a trainers’ training program. Interestingly, our day-to-day programs kickstart with “Life is beautiful” at 5 am every morning, setting a positive tone for the day.
